Really? You decide what service to buy based on a "review" that give little detail on their certain campaign? That is quite a naive way to place judgement but hey, do what you want.

I'm not going to sit here for hours trying to defend myself or services because people don't have a clear understanding of how search engine optimization can and IS influenced by so many more factors than just links, that we the providers have absolutely NO control over. But I guess you already knew this right? So this review must be pretty helpful.

Despite what you may want to hear this specific client is not highly experienced with keyword research or creating reasonable expectations. If he ordered from anyone on BHW with how much he spent and the terms he used for this certain domain, they would also struggle to get the site ranked. We are link SELLERS not SEO consultants. We don't go out of the way to advertise full blown campaign management. So if a client does not reach out to us we do not intervene or tamper with their order.

Regarding your support claim - How can a provider give you "top quality services" if the client himself doesn't make the effort to reach out and ask for help. Instead he just complains publicly.
