Ok so I have a few questions as it seems that the big G just did an update of some sort and I haven't a clue as to what it is yet, but I was ranked number 3 for my major keyword term and fell to number 6 and furthermore Amazon got ranked in the number 1 spot. With that said what can you do for me? Can a lemon get me back to number 3 or better?

I also added both of you to Skype to pick your brain about this a little further.
 
Ok forget I dropped one more spot so I went ahead and order a lemon...do lemon laws apply if I don't see anything pick up for my keyword terms?

I have lost touch of the SEO game due to to many updates and am getting confused on what is right and what is wrong. I would also like it if you can check the onsite as I have seen stated by other BHW members that you do this and give suggestions as to what we can do...
 
Ok I was wondering if I could upgrade my order from a lemon to a Reef I will paypal the difference..things happened and the best way to put it is the bull stank stuff hit the fan and I need the Reef at this point in time...
 
My review after 3 months - I can't recommend this service. I have two tiger campaigns running for two different sets of keywords. I haven't seen much if any movement on any of my keywords. In fact, quite a few of the keywords have gone down dramatically. My onsite SEO is spot on and the keywords are low-comp according to both SerpBook and SEO Moz with under 100 searches per month (but they are extremely important to the site). At this point I'm looking to take my business elsewhere.

Well I got a lemon and to be honest I really like the link diversity some being ******** and others being nofollow all with different anchor text, some tier links and even some citation links. I also like how they link the forum profiles "very important they do it right". I can't say I have seen any rank improvement yet because I just got my report today...but as far as building links go this is the way I would want them built.

The comments would be better if they made more sense when reading them, but I understand that they do this to keep all the comments as different as they can make them...and this is better than saying the same thing over and over again.

Customer service is Ok and the do reply to you when they can on skype...I think they are busy for the most part as I can see value in the service and I'm sure others can too.

Would I order this service again? If it boost my rank a little of course, but at this point in time I can not say I wont or will order again for this current site...but like I stated above the link diversity is very good and on point...so if anything maybe not for the site I just ran though their service, but for sites that I never used their services on I would and most likely will order again just because of the link diversity.
 
I ordered and paid for the lemon plan on the 11th of Feb, but as yet had no correspondence, and the email that I signed up with is not recognised on the site login anymore.

I do have the paypal receipt, what is the best way to resolve or get feedback on this?
