The analytics have definately not worked the past few days I usually use the cb app but it doesnt show any stats at all now, I sent cb a message about this issue and so far no response but atleast my sales seem stable.

This is crazy, I had stable 20-30$/day and suddenly last 4-5 days, no sales, 1-2 clicks. Something is wrong here. OMG

things are getting worse, cuz i saw 2 refunds and 1 chargeback in my Transactions window :noidea:

the ordering system is working but not 100% normal IMO

Its good to let bhw members know whats going on but more importantly dont forget to contact clickbank too.

I thought sales were not being affected till I checked my main account a few minutes ago.


System shows a gross sales for low $xxx but the dashboard pannel is only showing 74 bucks for yesterday. I just contacted clickbank. They have to repair this issue as their image is being damaged.

Sales are normal with us. Yesterday, statistics showed "down for maintenance" and the updated time in the Analytics now shows Feb 18. I think Clickbank is actually working to solve the issue.

For the last 2 weeks that hoplinks were not tracking properly I got 0 sales!!! Now when it is working immediately got 2 sales!! Before stats wentdown sales were coming in just fine also, this smells to me. Is it clickbanks way of shaving a few times a year? Wonder how many sales I lost...We need to appeal this!

I don't know about you guys but i lost 250-300$ those 5-6 days, it's big amount for me as i leave in a poor country but what can we do? i guess nothing...

i didn't want to create another topic about that but i ve same issue nowadays (last 3 days)
i'm getting "Client Analytics data delayed due to server maintenance" error.
re the sales affected ? because yesterday i started fb ads and im getting clicks on it like crazies, but no sale !!
is there any way to check if the sales re working ?

They are not shaving, sales are still recording (HOP server is up and running). They are just not being displayed in our stats! CB will have to re-process data into the analytics part as soon that "maintenance" is over, which apparently takes like a week!
