ebay - listings removed...

Hey,

I have a problem here, was wondering if anyone had a solution lol...

I have a niche that I sell a guide to, problem is that there is another serious competitor that always gets my auctions removed thru vero somehow....I know the person because we used to jv a few years back in the same niche...anyway my auctions get flagged because he claims that my ad is using text from his ad...

which the two ads are completely different...none of the same text is even close really, and my product is 100% created by me...and 100% unique from his.... have tried contacted ebay but you know how they are...autoresponse, autoresponse...go fuck yourself, etc, etc....

the dude is a vero member, so not sure how to handle this...any advice

New username?
Depending what you are selling you could even open 2-3 new accounts and start selling from them too. However keep trying to sell with your current username and he will not suspect the other accounts of been related to you.

If you keep selling after ebay cancels your listing you'll get suspended for 30 days. So that is a big no no.

yes its a new account with like 15-30 feedback, nice idea with the other accounts, if i went this route, should i alter the listings in all accounts or use the same

yea right now they haven't threatened suspension, but i know they will soon, right now they are making me do some intellectual course or something, to be able to list again, but im sure next time they get pulled down ill get the suspension

I don't like fighting with fire because if you lose then, you really lose. Should only go down there is you really must.
Until then make 2-3 heck go all out make 10 new accounts, buy accounts with 20+ pos feedback and start MASS selling.
