How I can get on fast Public Proxy (free) ,I will use it for twitter and went to be very good?

what maz is saying is this.
say you find a proxy that isnt banned and make an account , sounds good.

the problem is, the same public proxy can be found by other people and be used
for other things and it reflects on your account.

They're both correct. For managing accounts, especially on certain sites that are stricter than others, using public proxies is almost like playing russian roulette. There's a couple of problems you could run into. The first is like they said, just plain abuse. If you make an account or two and then someone else uses that same proxy to login to some of their accts and blast out messages or something chances are it'll reflect negatively on you as well. You would probably end up losing those accounts that were associated with the IP/proxy in question. Another problem is the geo-location of the proxies. If you create the account from a proxy in Spain, but the next day you try and login with a proxy from Brazil, most places with any decent security are going to roadblock that account at the very least, or flat out disable it.

It's not that it's impossible and absolutely won't work, but if you're serious about what you're doing, and you plan on using the accounts longer than a couple days, you really need some private proxies. You're putting yourself at risk of losing accounts everytime you use them, never knowing if it'll be the last time it will work. At the very least get some shared proxies, so at least you can keep the same IPs and tie them to your accounts. You can start small with just a few proxies and see how it goes, but it's a lot safer, and much, much more efficient to use some kind of private proxy, whether you do dedicated, or shared.
