Is It Really A Good Time To Invest In BitCoins?

I think it is similar to any other currency. No one can say you for sure what will happen with it in the future.

Did you know that Bitcoin is only backed by user confidence, and the fact you asked the question has answered the question. No one has the answer to this question, and seems like you are asking for a push of confidence to make the plunge. Seriously I saw a couple months ago bitcoin drop from 1k to 450 dollars within hours, lol. Is that the type of investment you want to put your hard earned cash into?

not much, but it's pretty new compared to bitcoin, making it maybe a better way to infest. but dont forget alot of bitcoins got hacked today meaning prices go down and people start losing trust in digital money

Well if you infest into dogecoin how do you know you won't be hacked?

Okay! Guys ... More suggestions are welcome though.

I heard you loose all your coins when you wipe your Hard Disk.

Bitcoin investment at this stage is SUPER risky. Not because it fluctuates (all currencies do). It is risky because of the amount of current countries that has black listed it and the many countries that are putting in the infrastructure to completely blacklist it is as well.

Businesses in many countries have be either warned or injunctions filed for their continued usage.

These blacklists are as a result of the effect that bitcoin has over fiat currencies. In a nutshell, as it is now bitcoin can cripple USD, YUAN, YEN, EURO, Etc..... and the leaders of these countries cant have that.

These blacklists will limit (but not stop) the further use of bitcoin. As such, its popularity as a crypto-currency is going to go down.

LITECOIN will face a similar dilemma soon.

DOGECOIN on the other hand as expressed by a few earlier, has a lot of room to grow and it is not yet blacklisted. It has the greater potential for profit than the others. Its cheaper and almost easy to acquire.

My 2 cents.

  • Is It Really A Good Time To Invest In BitCoins?

There are people going to universities for 4-8years to answer questions like this.

Crypto currencies, penny stocks, forex trading..etc
Same shit.

This thread should be moved to lobby/moneymaking.

it really depends on how much you are willing to lose and it you will buy and hold or day trade buying low and selling high several times to make a profit

I want to invest in Dogecoin, but the name and logo for the coin just throws me off every time, I just can't do it. Literally the first time I read about it, I thought it was a joke. The owner should really try to make it seem/look more professional.

The thing I would put my money in would be something that would go from $60 to $1200 in only 40 days. Does that really sound like the type of investment I want to put my hard earned cash into? WHY YES IT IS

All things aside, ignore the quoted text and listen to something with a clue; Andreas Antonopoulos, Eric Vorhees, Roger Veer or MARK FUCKING ANDREESEN (financer of facebook, twitter, skype, zynga, groupon and AirBnB)
