May I ask you a question about PayPal fees, because you are also sellers, as I am . Do you have a premier or a personal account?
I am selling low value items: 2-10$ each , and yeah ...that paypal fee of 2.9%+30 cents is a lot for me. I can really making 20-30% more profit if it will 0%.

I can't get how Chinese people sell things here for 0.99$ .. The paypal fee is 30 cents + 2.9% right? 2.5% if you
sell 3000$ more... they use a personal account, or what? I mean, 0.99$-30cents-10 cents for ebay - postal fee... they pay us. .. ? lol

I see this info here: http://pages.ebay.com/paypal/fees.html but what do they mean with "Personal accounts can receive payments for free, but they may not receive credit card payments?" If I will sign for an personal account, I will still get payments if the buyer have PayPal buy he pays with is credit card? Or they talk about people who pay with paypal without sign-up ? How many buyers pays with paypal without signing up?

Signup as a Personal Account, Ask your clients to send payments as a gift so Paypal don't deduct fees by you

I am selling stuff on ebays... so i can't ask them ...

Ebay vendors selling items (including intangible goods) so cheaply to the extent it appears they are making a loss, they are usually just doing it to obtain your personal information to sell on to others.

Never keep telling your clients to send money as a gift because PayPal will become suspicious and limit
your account based on to many gifts. Come on who get's that many gifts :P

This is not good advice.

If you're selling WoW gold to a few online friends, then MAYBE.
If you're selling eBay items to complete strangers, then NO.

Ditto - So much misinformation people really need to stop giving advice when they do not know
what they are talking about. All it does is cause problems for people.

Because everything is made in China. I'm pretty sure whatever they are selling was purchased for a fraction of what it would sell for anywhere else.

This is very good question. I was receiving more than $10000/mo in paypal from eBay and they do not lowered my fees until I asked. And my fees are 0.35 euro for transaction instead of 0.30usd, because I am in Europe. Not fair at all.
