Do your servers support PHP?
Have they a 24 hour back up?
And with a support email, do you offer a live chat feature, if not what is your average response time?

For our shared hosting? If so we use are using PHP 5.4.25. For Windows/Linux VPS you will need to install that, if you need help doing with that we can do it for you.

Shared hosting is backed up daily

Yes we have live support and skype support. Average ticket response time for last month was 4.48 Hours
 
You probably answered these questions before, do you accept phrama sites on your advanced shared hosting? is your shared hosting Linux or windows? do you accept PayPal?

Yes, as long as the stuff you're selling is legal in France.

It's Linux (cPanel). You can use PayPal with 2CheckOut

Using this service currently, had help setting up, questions answered fast and support in general couldn't be better. With the cPanel and the ton of scripts included, there's not much more you could want from a hosting company. Oh and not forgetting that (almost) anything is allowed.
And to answer the above, I think there's a money mack guarantee. If not, I'm sure if something goes majorly wrong or whatever, you could work something out with hellomoto. As with anything though, as fast as the replies can be, people have lives, so try be a bit patient.

On the first post it says we don't however we do now offer 5 day money back guarantee on VPS. We don't offer that on dedicated servers though.
