AUSTRALIA - Change in Time Zone Standard

I woke up this morning to a new day, yes, our crazy politicians have decided that we're going to change over to decimal time. Why not
, everything else in Australia goes by decimals.

I live on the East Coast in Melbourne.
Now instead of it being, AEST (Austrralian Eastern Standard Time), its going to be, ARSEt (Australian Real Standard Eastern Time).

100 Seconds in a minute, 100 minutes in an hour, 10 hours in a day, 10 days in a week etc.

Really? Why would they do it? It just doesn't make any sense.

EDIT: Sorry, I get it now. I was a little slow on the uptake. lol

lol almost fooled me, then a realized I live in AUS and it wouldn't surprise me if this happened here
