Help cant sign up for twitter anymore

hey guys I just created a new website and wanted to sign up for twitter.
They changed the lay-out and seems like I can no longer sign up!

All I can do is to download their app's for smartphones and stuff. But I don't have a smartphone.
Anybody know how to sign up for twitter on windows 7?

I'd start by clearing your cookies, history etc. No reason why you shouldn't be able to sign up from a windows 7 machine at all.

I just called Twitter and they said you are not allowed to sign up anymore. What did you do?

Already done that several times. Didn't help

What? No you didn't . I had an account previously which I used to follow others on addmefast, but it was banned.
