Is There an Instagram Bot/Service/Bot Creator That Can Do This?

Just curious, I see a lot of services offering 1k+ likes/followers for x amount of dollars but what I'm looking for is this.

I want "real" followers so is there something out there can can basically click on random people that follow me - click into their followers and send out x amount of follow request? I know this doesnt guarantee that "I" get followers but if for every 20 request I can at least get 5 people to request to follow me back then thats fine. I have insta follow that i can rid of non followers but its a pain doing it manually. I just want to build a core of real followers over the next few months to come. I dont care if it takes a month for 250+ followers but I just want real followers. Is there anything out there that can do this? if not, any recommendations on a good bot creator/service that can do this?

Havn't seen anything like this. Real followers come from real engagement, so I would just try commenting and liking people that can actually see your likes (Not big accounts) and get try to get them to followback.

We are working on a version where people can add an account name (like cargram). Our service will then start liking the pictures (2 or 3 pictures) of the followers from that specific account. With this feature you can focus on a specific type of group (very effective feature). We are working hard to release this feature.

It's difficult to follow people on a large scale. Instagram will block the requests after a certain amount, but it is possible to make something like that. By liking pictures, like kideze says, you can also get effective results.
