Can anyone help with mass video creation?

Hi,
I just need a mass video creator which creating videos from pictures/ images. I have been looking around this forum and others too
but whatever I have found is not working properly. Does somebody have working creator? Or if you can just point me in the right direction.
Any help is much appropriated.

Thanks for the recommendation, but at the moment I can't afford to spent $37 on it.
I need to make that money first, then I will give it a try.
