Hey guys,

Well my competition is using the same button as I am using, it's a GIF. Is there anything I can do with this ? Like make it so the gif covers his whole page ? But in the same time im using this gif too at least 30 places on my site ( he is also using it 30 places on his site) So what would you guys say is there anything i could do ?

So he's referencing the image hosted on your site? Check to see if he's defined the height and width in his code, and if he hasn't then a change to the gif would change it on his site of course, say if you made it a 1000x100 pixel image. But surely he would notice and remove it straight away?

Duplicate the image, rename it as whatever2.gif, and use that on your site. Then use .htaccess to redirect the whatever.gif file to an affiliate link. Cookie stuff him I think that would work right? I'm pretty new to it all to be honest, but that's what people do in forums I hear...

But I would make sure he's linking to you and that he doesn't set his width and height in code, as mentioned earlier. If he does, there's no real point in putting up the gay porn other than to wreck his site till he notices. If the width and height of the image are defined, stuff him with Double Stuffed Oreo C _ _ _ _ _ _ until he starts pissing chocolate wafers.
