Hi, 8 months ago my video got deleted by copyright strike, unfortunately after 5 months I got Community guidelines strike and 4 moths I cant monetize videos also my old strike its still here Can I back my account to good standing? ( my appeal got rejected -_- )

You can go straight forward with your subscribers and post another video saying something that you've made a new channel because of those problems that you mentioned and resolve part of the problem.. You won't get all the subscribers back but atleast some of them..

A good friend of mine got his account banned and all he did was post videos of himself talking about his business, they were all on one profile, people flag all the time for competitive reasons and youtube does not work with people or respond. I would go ahead create another account, while keeping hope they reinstate it, but maybe your new account can surpass the subscribers and views from your restricted account. Good Luck
