WTH is going on, purchased last night, spent all night setting up when to use it today and its been offline for hours. The Dallas datacenter.

Well it would help if they would email everyone and let us know what is happening, I been offline now for almost 4 hours. And this is only my first day, not exactly a good sign.

I did notice a bit of the hang/freeze/shuffle with RDP over last couple of days but nothing that caused measurable impact to my environment. I received notification there would be a brief maintenance window today but it looks like that has extended to an ongoing intermittent window. My day job is IT Service Delivery under very similar context with a customer even tougher than you BHW!! So no mercy OP lol!!
I've had several reboots which is pretty disruptive to a very large excel file I've been glutton enough to keep re-opening but I haven't personally experienced any down time that lasted longer than a couple of minutes and that's 4 maybe 5 times starting today. Hopefully we'll get stable by tomorrow because I'm about to <BELCH> go to bed. Good luck

Yes, and we got also anothe issue in same time. We done a lot of test to find the issue. If you are on this server you should get updated info by email.

All french servers are in stock except budget plan. Only Las Vegas and Germany is out of stock (LA have left some budget plan)

If you need more test tell me. If you want compare with your current VPS provide try to find a good speedtest server many are just laggy (for usa softlayer seems good quality). Many of speedtest server just have 1 Gbps link or several but not 10 Gbps link or such

At last my vps works great now, I've been waiting for this to get back to my previous speed and now looks awesome as you can see in the speedtests result. As you all know Dallas DC had problems few days back but now it's going even stronger. The Op's support are great too, well done OP I'll stay for much longer.
