Traffic for pharmacy sites

How do pharmacy sites get traffic, is the only way via spam and xrumer? I have a pharmacy site, and use a drop shipper, but have not done anything with it in years and am looking to get it going. I'd appreciate if anyone knowledgeable in the online pharm biz to help me out.

its possible but tough. I dont see a newbie making money in this niche by ranking stuff but yeah its possible.

Google got sued for $500 million just for allowing pharmacy ads, my guess would be they only have motive to go after you when you start getting bigger which means more $$$$$$ they can get.

I always see the word " exposed" Can someone explain to me what that supposed to mean?

Social media is the great platform for traffic. Try with different medias like Facebook, twitter..etc. Also, you can choose some service from the SEO - link building section who can accept pharma related sites..

If you are new to this, then starting in one of the hardest niches wont get you far, which means you will lose money, waste your time and get frustrated. Why not choose some niches with easy competition first? You can bank there, too, just have to look around. If you succeeded in them, you can think about ranking in pharmacy then.
