Could someone please help me in Verifying my paypal. I am only 17, and I do not currently have a bank account. I was wondering if anyone had any legit working methods to Verifiying it, or could someone do it for me? I am trying to sell stuff but This limitation is getting in the way.

Few things you can consider as valuable option.

Option A - Use a family members information with their consent and have it verified since they are
at the legal age to operate a PayPal Account.

Option B - Acquire a stealth account and verify it virtually.

Just trying to verify an account under aged is a bad idea considering when they want documents ect.

Well it's possible then to get a fully verified account. You're best just buying one from the BST on here, some come with guides on how to keep them verified and how to prevent them getting limited.

Can't you sell what you want to sell without PayPal? Or can't you sell what you want to sell and have the money sent to the person selling the PayPal accounts?

Yes, I'm trying to get rid of what I need, to make the money. I have no verified paypal for this.
