A Multi-channel network on Youtube?

I just got an invitation email from ScaleLab (a multi-channel network on youtube), asking me to join their network.
Anybody knows about them?
What is your opinion on them?
I never tried any of multi-channel thing and have no idea how it works.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
