Blog network - how many sites on 1 hosting?

Well, the question is clear from the title .

I know that many of you will be telling me that i should host every single page on a separate hosting, but its not that easy. I tried it, but i had to go for the cheap ones and they are a major pain in the ass . Many of my sites are offline, because of some crappy webhosting. But i cant afford to get an expensive one for each domain (Lets just say I have 30-50 domains and if I should pay every month 5 USD for every one, that would be quite costly).

So I would like to host more domains on one hosting. All sites are pointing to my money site. I am thinking about stuffing 3 Domains per hosting, what do you think?

It would be ridiculous if Google demanded every link to be coming from a unique IP. In my (small) country there maybe arent so many webhosting companies as I have domains....

It doesn't truly matter for sites receiving less then 75k hits a month. Just use private registrations and do not leave any footprints.

If all sites point to your money site, you may want to consider using a hosting package that will enable you to give each of your domains a separate IP. Also, make sure your WHOIS information is different for each domain. Also, don't have them look/function exactly like your money site; ie: don't use the same theme/linking structure/etc...

Oh yes, and use filler sites. Don't create some prehistoric link pyramid or link wheel prototype.

Sorry for my ignorance, but what is a filler site? A quick google search hasnt found anything useful.

I've got several small VPS' with dedicated IP's for $15/yr. That's like $1.25/mo which might fit your budget better. My suggestion is that you keep an eye out on lowendbox for when the deals pop up because they usually get taken pretty quickly. My PBN is running at an annual cost of $27/site - 15 hosting, 10 domain 2 privacy. It's doable and there's no reason to pay $5/month for shared hosting. You can get a VPS with dedi IP for that.

Go to webhostingtalk and find $1/month hosting.

You can also get a reseller account at one of the big hosts (hostgator, namecheap etc.) and it will be fine because everyone uses those.

I'm sure this is the risk of hosting blog sites on already used IPs.. Why don't You try to find SEO hosting ? or do some research and find all/multiple cheap good host providers and its coupon and make Your blog Network more Secure from Google to track it.

Also I strongly recommend You don't use any products of Google on Your Blog Network. (Webmaster, Analytics ETC)

It's not risky to host sites on "used IPs" lol. Do you take the same precautions for your money sites too?!

For people suggesting me to go on webhosting talk forum to find $1 hosting companies - thats what i did and its not working. Its a hit or miss game, maybe half of the hosting stops working in 2-3 weeks, is extremely slow or the up-time is very bad.

Reseller package - thats not worth it, because they have the same class-C IP Address.

SEO Hosting - in my opinion this is the most risky option there is. Because who hosts his sites on a SEO hosting? I dont think its the average website owner, they are more like a place full of blog network sites screaming to google "here we are in one place, come and ban us at once" .

Went to lowendbox.com and found a VPS for 1.75/mo.
My own vps provider has $2/month dedicated IPs, which is also an option (although they're on the same network, which could be a big footprint)

When people say "different hosting for each site" it really makes me wonder how many people actually have large networks.

Anyone who owns a large network knows that this is just not possible. Once you get past 50 sites it really becomes a pain in the ass to find reliable companies. Once your network gets to several hundred sites, it's just not possible.

Just pick a handful of good SEO hosting companies and order IP lots of 25-50 and go from there.

Use 1 site per IP, use unique content, and don't interlink and you should be fine.

I have vps and have 5 ips, basically i have 2-3 sites on one ip, currently this setup works for me. This is way better then shared hosting, because with shared you might have a lot of websites on one ip, so it doesn't matter if you have many accounts with shared hosting, unless they give you or you buy a dedicated ip

You're not going to find a company that will sell you IP addresses cheaply. You're talking about dedicated IPs, and that's going to be expensive.

If they are not dedicated IPs, then it's basically SEO hosting.

I think you're being too paranoid, SEO hosting is fine.

Blog networks get taken down for the following reason:

- Open to the public
- Use spun content
- Interlink

It really is quite simple:

Stick to max. 2 (maybe in rare cases 3) domains per shared hosting server (if you pay quartely, you can find some good hosting companies for < 1$/site/month).
Always use uniquely written content (at least 750-1000+ words on the homepage).
Have mandatory pages ready (privacy & disclaimer, contact us, about us) and use various themes.
Do you onpage properly!
Link max. 2-3x (Raw URL/Brand + Money Keyword) to your money site and once to an external authority.
Don't Interlink , because fuck that. And don't sell link on it.
Set up proper link building campaigns for each PBN site (tier2).

That's it.

Don't overcomplicate things - after all, that's what shared hosting is about and overall it's a lot cheaper than SEO hosting (not a fan).
Managing the network is quite easy if you know how to use Excel. Of course if you have a lot of sites, it can become quite the task do keep the network updates, but that's where VAs and automation come in handy.

Just make sure you note down the registrar + login, cpanel + login, admin+login, hosting+login and the metrics (PR,DA,Age) + costs/month. Easy peasy.
