Probably yes, although 99% of the links won't be from .in domains. As far as other reports go, there's no need for that, this is a standalone service unless you have some quality tier 1 links you want boosted.

thanks for ur reply but I don't know much about Seo just started my site and trying to learn abc burning money...

I can only ask u what I want how I don't know much...
I want my ranking in google.co.in
indian search engines. And so I need links or Seo based on these results only.

You should rather point it to your tier 1 links and yes it would help with local SEO provided you're not using it as your only means of ranking.
