What Is Negative Refund Rate?

I found two products on clickbank but refund rate -69.1% and -28%
Are these bad products for affiliate ?
i don't understand the negative rate.
please help me

It's a very unreliable estimation based on price per sale vs average price per sale as theoretically refunds will make avg price per sale lower than price per sale. This is useless if the product has upsells or discounted offers (as most do) as these will increase or lower (respectively) avg price per sale...
Your only way of getting semi-accurate refund rates is contacting the vendor and asking for statistics for the previous month...
