I received my report an hour ago. I got an Excel sheet with just the links to the comments, but not the anchors that were used on each of them. This gave me a bad impression as I expected to get the links on one side and their anchors on the other. You can consider this in your future reports, guys 
Here's my short honest review below.
I ordered 50 niche comment links for $12. The niche was Health. There wasn't any discount available at the moment so I paid the regular price. It took Alamgir's team just 2 days to accomplish the task, which is a very good start. I was pleasantly surprised as they said TAT is 5 days.
Now, about the comment links:
Type of sites the links came from: Almost all of the links come from free blogspot.com domains placed under the same IP address, which was an unpleasant surprise to me - 31 of 45 links (~70%).
Total number of links: 56 (when I checked them 1 by 1 it appeared that 8 of the links were missing, probably due to unapproved status. Another 3 of them were not health niche related). So in total I received 56-11=45 live niche related links. This is almost as I expected.
Number of unique domains: From all the 56 links, just half of them of them were coming from unique domains. The others were from 2-3 different articles coming from the same domain. This I consider a bad results, I expected to get 50 links from 50 different domains.
PR of the pages: The PageRank of the pages on which the links were placed ranged from 0 to 4. The number of PR0 links was 4 and the majority of the links' PR was 2. This is a good result.
OBLs on the pages: The number of outbound links ranged from 1 to 480. In total 41 of the links got 10+ OBLs and 27 of the pages have 30+ OBLs, which is a very bad result. I expected a much better one.
Page Authority of the pages (MOZ.com): Approximately half the pages have PA of 20-64 and the other half have a PA of 1, so basically half the links have little to no value. The MozRank of half the pages is 0 and the other half has MozRank between 1 and 3, mostly 2-3.
Number of followed linking root domains (MOZ.com) - Half the pages don't have a single link pointing to them and the other half has 1-5 backlinks to them, but mostly just 1. A very weak results again.
Anchor text diversity: All anchors that I chose were placed with a good diversity as I expected. Good job with this one.
Text used on the comments: All the texts that were used on the comments were not niche related. They were just some spammy, general texts (usually 1 sentence each) ending with my link. To be honest I expected to get at least 1 spun sentence with my link somewhere in the middle of it. This would have made a much better impression and will increase the power and relevance of the links. You can consider this too.
To summarize, I was disappointed of the report. Honestly, this was exactly why I wanted to see a sample before I order, but I wasn't given one. If I had seen that the comments look so spammy I wouldn't have ordered. The good news is that I paid just $12 to test the service. Now I will wait to see the result of course, which matters the most, but I suspect that it won't be very good given the things I said above. My advise is to test this service on sites in very weak niches and to start with the smallest package, as I did, in order to see if it works for you before you throw hundreds of low quality comment links to your sites.
Finally, I don't mean to disrespect Alamgir's team. The work was quickly done, the report was sent to me, but I expected just a littel bit of higher quality stuff, guys. This could have been a great service indeed. Waiting to see if it will favor my small niche website and if it does I will throw another review for sure I hope your work impresses me after all, as you promised me!

PR depending on niche in some niches all comments comes from upto pr4 blogs & some niches all comments from pr n/a links. Also not sure for OBL but we try our best for low obl links
