Looking for twitter auto-retweet service and instagram comment service

I've been looking for an auto retweet service for awhile now. I've searched here on blackhatworld, google, bing, etc. I would like purchase a monthly subscription if possible. Do anyone know of a website like this?

I need every tweet I post to be retweeted

Also I'm looking for a instagram comment service. I'm wanting to purchase instagram comment credits, then post comments to photo's when I want.

That is correct. You can post as many tweets as you want per day. I have customers that only tweet once a day and I have customers that tweet hundreds of times per day. Every tweet will get minimum of 1k RT's and every tweet will be seen by a possible 2 million people (as the 1200+ accounts have a combined 2,000,000 real followers)
