Frustrated! Can't Move Beyond Page 2

Hi everyone, I'm in dire need of help. Can anyone tell me how to move a 23 days old site from page 2 to page 1? My site has been stuck on the 12th position for 2 weeks now and it seems nothing at all can help me break into the top 10. Here are details of my backlink profile:

- 100% russian TLDs
- 90% exact match anchor text

These are my questions:

1. What can I do to push my site into the top 10 results?
2. Disregarding my backlink profile info, has anyone experienced this before? If yes, how did you manage to hit the top 10?

This. I'd diversify and see if that helps bump you up from the 12th spot

Seems like some SERPs 1st pages are frozen for last 2-3 weeks, only 2nd and deeper pages have some movement. Just wait.

There's no get rich quick scheme that's ever worth it. Do it right, take your time and be in for the longer run. It will pay off huge. All these quick n dirty people will fade away.

Thanks everyone. Like I wrote in the opening post, I appreciate any kind of response, so thanks. Diversification is an option but not the solution because I am experiencing the same problem with a different niche site that has a diversified link profile. Is there any SEO expert really good at this stuff that can help me with some valuable advice?
