I mean register in forum when make signature can i add about ~20 sites its good for seo i don't get banned to google ?

Not sure if you'd get banned from Google, you'll get banned from the forum
I've never seen a forum that allows 20 links in a signature.

In my view, High pr forum sites are not allowed 20 backlinks in a signature.

As all said, no any high authority Forum site can allow 20 links in signature and if you do so, you will surely be banned from that forum site.
It is surely a bad idea and in my views most of the forums allow only 2 to 3 links in signature.

Not a single forum will allow u to put so many links admins are very hard they even ban the simple posts and you are saying you want to add 20 link lollzz its kind of imposible thing.

1 to 3 links in a signature is good for looking as well as your website health. Don't leave a footprints and increase the OBL of page where you are going to make the posts.

I'd suggest you have anywhere between 1-3 links in your signature. Having 20 is just asking for a ban. Make sure the links you are pointing to are of quality. You will get some nice SEO and traffic boosts from limiting how many links you use.

Firstly 20 links won't be allowed in the signature and secondly signature backlinks are not going to let you move even 1 spot above in SERPS. They don't work for many years now.

The only way forum links still works is to have a good profile in it (old with messages etc..) it is probaly the most viable way.

Registering adding 20 links will just get you banned in my opinion.

Let me guess you are talking 20 links pointing to the same website from Forum one forum site which is show in signature.
This will not have bad effect on ranking but it is just waste. Because Whether you build 1 backlink or hundreds from same website will count as 1 backlink. Having said that it will drive traffic to your website. At the end note there will be only spammy forum which allow that much links in the signature.
