I signed up to your site today and created a 600 word "premium" project 80c/100 words so $4.80 cost. I then went and credited my account with you the $4.80 but then when I went to submit the project the price had gone up to $5.00. Can you please explain your pricing structure? I'm ordering the writing on behalf of a business and am using their credit card so I presumed the PayPal receipt would cover one job for the companies' expenses. Now I have to credit the account again? What was the 20c price increase for? Is it a project fee or something? I can find nothing on your website that mentions any sort of transaction fee? I want to make one PayPal credit per writing job to make the business accounting easier but if the prices change from one screen to the next I cannot do this.

I have included two screenshots of the two different prices. Please explain!

I went back onto the EpicWrite website to see if I'd received a reply to my support ticket (60h and counting) and I'm greeted with this...

I have ordered your service(Professional) almost 20 days back and you have 5 day delivery time. I still did not receive my articles and this delay is not first time. I have been ordering your services since 1 year or so. Now I should think of moving to else where.

Instead of delivering free samples to get new clients, I think you should first complete your current orders. We have paid money that doesn't mean you ignore and only concentrate on getting new orders. This is my suggestion.

Anyways, please complete my order fast.
