So you uploaded 1 video add some views and likes and expect people to download it?
LOL man you gotta do better than that.
1) Pick a niche with decent traffic and not to high comp
2) Make a HQ video (no stealing) and upload it
3) Create a HQ landing page with a widget or link to the CF page
4) Add views likes to the video but make it look realistic. You should have 10 likes or so, not even close to 500. Views should trickle in by themselves as people search, sending views will just get your video banned faster.

u have to upload more videos, and u have to rank them to earn money from them. don't just expect that u'll get downloads just after uploading a single video when everyone here uploads tons of videos on YT to get a single download. Watch some journeys, do some research and try figuring out things on your own. 
yes it should be like that but trust me, Cleanfiles support really really really sucks. They reply you every 2 days and always no more than 7-8 words. They really are negligents and answer like they are annoyied.
