Yeah sure, I don't know what your experience level is so I apologize if this is stuff you already know:
1. Concentrate on keywords/tags that you can rank high for, generally under 30,000 results
2. Rip off your high ranking competitors. You can reword it later.
3. Start your listing titles with strongest keywords, things like sales, sizes or measurements shouldn't be at the beginning (depends on the item, use your judgment)

I'm actually writing a short ebook about Etsy SEO, pretty much for dummies.. I think I'll put it up on Fiverr later this month. I've never done anything on there though so I'm not expecting much. Anyway hope my tips help! Let me know how it goes.
