I'd do a 3-way recommendation exchange from two different linkedin accounts. That way linkedin or people can not make out that it is recommendation exchange. Same applies to endorsements.

Doesn't the other profile have to share a former employer to leave a recommendation? Are you using a bunch of new accounts, or a few aged ones? Just concerned the recommending profiles could look fake if they have a ton of former employers.
