I have more about $35 (a bit more) in my paypal. I want to verify that account (it is Canadian). However, I can transfer that money to my secondary Paypal account that is USA. After receiving the details, the email arrived in SPAM and we weren't able to use VCC and VBC in the timeframe he suggested (noticed the email in SPAM after 3 days of delivery). I asked for more guidance as it had expired. No reply as of today. Will ask for a refund if there is no progress within 24 hours. Disappointed.
