I am having significant troubles with the main server I do them majority of these orders on. Its being fixed, but I am having to backup everything and wipe the server and reinstall it. Hey there, Any idea of how long we're talking as far as the delay ? I dont know where I'm at in the queue but i only ordered a couple days ago so I could imagine I'm towards the bottom.

Its a 2-3 day delay on the whole. Given that your semi near the end you probably won't even be that long because Im bringing a backup server online to help as well.

Yeah its a pain, but all good, one of the bumps in the road of business. Your order is moving but slowly. The bandwidth on the machine Im using right now isn't near what it was. The old server should be reimaged and back up and running 24 hours or less at which everything will be back to full speed.
