They have a very supportive staff and an executive at your service 24/7,with Skype support who'll help setup your download page or an Installer.
They have a nice rate too per install and a minimum payout of 200$ I think but you can talk to them and about it and change it accordingly.
About the pay-rate,I tried out their service and I got 4.28$ for 6 USA installs.
Hell!,I don't know about you all,but that looks like a nice rate to me! ^_^

Lol? For 3 US installs you got under 0.50 $, are you sure that they are from US? For US you should get minimum 1$ for each, I'm getting more than 1.50% per US install...

You will never know until you test it. My traffic might be 100% US and yours could be 50% us 50% Indian. In that case obviously you will have lower payout than me.
I recommend you to stick with BetterInstaller if you have a good CR. Their payout rates are the best. The support isn't 24/7 as you said the manager is offline most of the time.
Maybe, you should first test your CR with different networks though. 50% on low payout rate is better than 10% on high payout rate.

No, all my traffic is from the US alone and I'd got 4.85$ for 6 US installs from Betterinstaller.
What would be my earnings from Amonetize and Revenyou respectively? (for the same 6 US installs).

You asked how many installs you need for $20. I simply pointed that you need between 10-15 US installs and 200-300 Indian installs.
You can't know until you test it. The RevenYou installs can vary between $0.20 to $1.30 (they claim $1.70, I have never got that far) per install. Amonetize had lower payout rate for me, but you should test it as well.
