you need to get high retention views to get the counter unfreeze

You need more unique visitor if you are not gonna buy views from someone.

That means you need few more real visitors like 200+ after that it will auto unfreeze.

It's called the 301+ freeze. It will resume in a few days time. Actually... I'm not sure if it will be. Because for it to freeze on 381 it would have to be hit at the exact same time by 80 people. Ha! Impossible? No.

Give it a few days and update us with what happens.

Had this problem a while back, are you sending views from two different providers at the same time?????

Usually it froze at 301+.
Some videos do un-froze, some videos do kept frozen on 301, depending on the whims of the YouTube.
