How do i make more then 1 ebay account?

Ok so here's my story, a while back i created like 50 fake ebay accounts so i could watch my listings on my main account and rank my items. All the accounts were banned except for my main but a week ago i tried to make another ebay account (this would be a real account) and the second i activated the account it was suspended and i was told to contact ebay. So i contact ebay and told them that i was unaware i couldn't have multiple accounts and the ebay representative asked a supervisor if i can keep the account i created and they told her no...so now i'm stuck with 1 ebay account (which they think has also been suspended) and a 100 listing limit (this is why i need another ebay account so i can have another 100 limit). What can i do to get another legit ebay account? i'm afraid to contact them and ask them to higher the limits on my main because as i said they think it's also suspended and if they find out its not then they will suspend it.

I used new info but i didn't really think i needed a proxy because i just got a new isp.

Yep did that, the only thing i don't change is the paypal email (this is because i only have 1 paypal).

You can't, unless you want your other ebay account to be perm banned as well.

you mean you linked 50 ebay accounts with 1 paypal account?

Basically you can't unless you want multiple of your ebay accounts banned simultaneously.

I now have close to 20 ebay and paypal accounts. All are perfectly running and making me money. Easy to keep them separated and not link them at all.

Use a different paypal address for each account. Does watching items really rank them higher?

wel well well sameee sotrry happen to me they caught me i did the same mistke i attach 1 paypal with 2 ebays they caught both and supend and they also write me an email that u r using 2 accounts.
so dude i think if u need another account u need to buy a privvate proxy and a seperate paypal.

I have two eBay accounts and I have never had a problem. I was told it was OK provided I had a separate email addresses.

Having more than one eBay account is within their guidelines. This is what the guidelines say "Users may have multiple accounts on eBay. We understand that there are various reasons why someone would choose to have more than one account."
