So I wanted to ask you guys, how much diversity should I have on my kws when I'm building links? I kept trying to search but couldn't find the answer (but I'm sure its here so sorry).

I pretty much use 3-4 kws and than a set of random kws than I rotate but is there a percentage you guys recommend?

Very few of your links should ideally be exact match anchors, the rest should be a mixture of LSI, bare urls and generic stuff.

As much as possible. What I do is I create the list of keywords that I want to rank for, then I plug those keywords in a keyword tool(I use keywordmap)which gets more keywords for each original keyword, and then on top of all those new keywords I will auto spin them and I will end up with a huge list of good anchors with no anchor being more than 2%.

you can use 3-5 keyword per URL and also use simple word like as "click here", "read more", "for more info" etc

Depends on your links and their amount. Use exact or partial match anchors for high-quality and generic ones for low-quality backlinks.
