HMA Question

I posted this in the BlackHat Tools section, because often times, I use HMA for this purpose. If it's the wrong place, mods, I apologize.

At the moment, I am having difficulties connecting to HMA, via their client, and I was hoping someone here can offer a solution to it. It says:

PPTP Client: Unable to dial PPTP connection to VPN server: This connection is already being dialed.

I tried to disconnect my line, and then reconnect, nothing.
Before that, I tried closing HMA, then restarting, nothing.
I logged into HMA as both an admin, and just regular, nothing.

Any help with this would greatly be appreciated.

Maybe they blocked you for using their VPN for BH purposes.

Try their OpenVPN client.

No. The BH stuff I do is not like scraping or whatever. This is kind of just out of the blue. And for some reason, I can't access OpenVPN. I tried.

What OS you use? HMA is not safe for very blackhat stuff.

I use Windows XP.

But really, it's most likely not that at all, as I have been using HMA for maybe 2 years or so, doing the same old things during that time period.

I email support, so we will see what they say, but I am not holding out hope for it. They are notoriously slow in replying, at least in my past experiences.
