Will Youtube ban me once again ?

I asked this before in the forum, but never had a answer from someone who actually knew... I had a channel in which I had monetized with Adsense, the channel got terminated. My adsense still works and I am still getting checks from the previous channel. My questions is can I create a new channel and link my adsense to that one? I know Youtube Prohibits the creation of an account after being terminated, but we all know there's ways around that.. My questions is will YOutube ban me for using a adsense associated with terminated account in the passed?

Don't link your account that is in good standing, with an account that was previously terminated. You want to create a fresh one without any links between you and the banned account.

it just happened to me. my youtube wasnt banned, but it was no longer able to be monetized. my adsense was in good standing. i made a new yt account and connected it to my adsense. it lasted for three days before they took the monetization off again. so i would assume if you are terminated, once the link you to the accounts, same result

Probably yes, I suggest connecting new channels to another AdSense-account. I've had it happen to me that accounts got demonetized or terminated because they were linked to an AdSense account that was linked to an older 'infected' yt-account.

Don't do it. Surely it'll not allow monetization or may be a termination.

They banned one of my accounts too, the stupid thing was that it was a video of me at Glamis in the sand dunes and somebody had their stereo on and the music trigger the copyright violation. How is that my fault?
