Looks like you either have messed up your htaccess, or your host is not configured properly. Are you using a VPS with a dedicated IP?

You're welcome. I honestly use free and nulled themes for all my sites, but I know how to check the code for backdoors. If you don't know much about them, I'd just avoid free themes. Or just learn about ethical hacking... :/

Bingo I pay for my themes because nothing in this life is free and if someone is offering you a free theme without a virus total scan
then I call bullshit on it because they can gain access like that and I am not risking the security breach.

I'd be taking the biggest clue from the fact that it shows your wifi settings... that means you're having a routing issue somewhere along the way. What about accessing from elsewhere, on another connection?

Yeah I also agree with this. I have seen similar errors like this, normally its your local connection not website related. For some reason that site has been blocked by your router or internet provider.
