Well, could be anything, I would start to make sure that your hosting has adequate resources, cpu, ram, connection. If hosting is fine than start looking at your site, db, implementation and so on.

Changing your webhosting company is the only thing I can think of.
when I look at the site It doesn't look like a site that should be slow. You don't have many pictures or big ones that should slow it down. If it's not the webhosting maybe it's the coding in the theme? But I'm no expert just guessing.

Remove or fill menu.css try.

minify any javascript and CSS
optimise images/get rid of them where you can

If all this fails, change host

Yes host makes up a lot of your speed. If you are on a server with many sites you will go slow no matter what you try so if your cpanel loads slow as well as your site switch hosts or ask to be moved to another server. Try a tools.pingdom.com speed test and see what is taking so long to load on your site I had a png header that was killing me changed it to a jpg to speed up one of my sites. Also run firebug in mozilla to see any console errors in JS or CSS. and then try to install the w3 plugin. I have heard that cloudflare works for some people I did not have a good experience with them so your mileage may vary.

If its a wordpress site, theres a plugin called W3 Cache or something like that. Supposed to speed things up a bit. Also, check your bandwidth with your hosting.

Your hosting company plays a huge role, I set my hosting up with a very reputable company and I haven't had to worry about speed yet.

A quality host (managed or VPS, nothing over shared), a CDN (maxCDN is good), a caching plugin, and wpsmush.it. Those should really speed things up.

I did not response before bcz i have so many work to do on site for adding content and categories. You are all welcome to tell opinion about design too.

Load your css/js off a CDN site. Amazon S3 is really cheap and fast.

S3 is not a CDN, Cloudfront is. In fact, you can simply create a subdomain with all the assets and use it as the source for Cloudfront (no need for s3).
