I noticed in my account the same IP was clicking on my ads over and over until my budget was depleted. I then, through some detective work, found out who it was (or the company responsible). I contacted google with the EMAIL PROOF that they were clicking and they STILL said "it wasn't fraud". No help there! So my question is, I noticed they have an Adwords campaign, can I use a software or service to deplete their campaign? (a little eye for an eye strategy)

Can't you just block their IP?Also -- why bother putting yourself up for a literal fraud case. Just improve your own margins/website.

because unless this company will cut me a check for $560 (which won't happen), then I lost money I won't be getting back

Nice color choice :-(
Really??? Google was not interested. Call them again and ask for someone higher up....

sorry I am new here, what does change the color of the OP mean?

Chance the colour of the OP and then maybe we will read.

Now, not much could be done, beside blocking their IP to prevent it in future. But it is strange that someone will try to game google using the same IP, google working hard to prevent frauds and if it was as simple as someone from the same ip clicked many times it would ignore them at least.

Google are correct, Its not fraud, They are not making any money from these clicks.
Fraud only occurs on affilites sites, where google are very effective at finding the culprits,

Its a pity they are not so vigilant when the clicks are in the search pages.

Keep chasing them, keep asking to speak to their suoeriors, eventually somebiody will listen to you

I dont advice you clicking the other companies ads campaign, especially from your own pc or your own laptop.

ok thanks guys, you're right, I am chasing the wrong strategy

Something similar was happening to me at one point and google didn't count those clicks. How can they charge you for the same person clicking your ads again and again?

Impossible since if the same IP is clicking your links over and over Google will not count it.

Thats google. They charge the advertiser while if the same thing happens with our adsense we will end up loosing all money and account.Google is making profit from both side.

there are certain services you can use for retaliation :) other than that you can't really do anything.

unfortunately because of the forums rules against certain topics I cannot explain here, to all of you, why the OP is loosing money :) They are not clicking over and over again from the same IP.
I 'navigate' a lot of bh forums and on some of them there are people who advertise services like: "I will click on your competitors ads".
All is allowed in love and war and Google won't pay you back because the method the clickers use is within Google's TOS and also Google is making a shitload of money with this.

But will all these in the end its google who makes the most benefit from it.
I Just wanted to know as op said its from the same ip.I Have never used adword though but if same users clicks on same ad's several time and google doubt we may end up loosing account but if they same thing goes for advertiser to they even bother to change the prices ever.Although they do say us that the won't charge for fake clicks but do they really follow there own policies?

Ban the IP, but I do firmly believe, what comes around goes around, and sometimes you have to make it go around... I recommend you look for the suitable strategy somewhere else if you want to get them back. :) Good luck though

Bottom line is the person doing this is not using the same IP or Google would not count every double click
from this company. Someone probably hired a company to deplete your campaign and the company is using
multiple IP addresses to accomplish this goal. Google is not going to do anything since technically It is not
fraud and Google is making money.
