The last few days have been a total nightmare

Account suspended. Couldnt even edit my site due to all the downtime. Losing much more than its worth sticking with this company anyway. Guess I'm on to RMX or NWP.

Paypal dispute incoming. Steer clear, I too was just hosting a WORDPRESS BLOG using Reinstackers method with only embeded videos from other sources, Nothing else.

It might have been an accident but with all this downtime and complete slowness, I would rather start over than try and deal with support (which is slow) in trying to recover any of my data. Waste of time.

Actually since it wasn't that much you can keep that money, hopefully you can use my $ to make your hosted sites actually work once in awhile, GOOD LUCK.

I have a support ticket up for hours already. Please respond to it. If for some reason, you won't allow me to continue hosting with you (I don't have any files that is causing trouble with your hosting. I do am taking a large disk space because of the backups I regularly make), then please give me an EPP code for domain transfer and atleast let me back up my site.

I'm losing serious time right now.

One note to papa_ji and Blue Angel host stuff:
It is obvious that you need more expensive servers to provide a better qualitty service. I currently use business plan for 3.5$ and would have nothing against to pay it even 7$ for a better service.

You need to have higher prices and to provide better service, with better servers. I would right now pay to you 100% more just to have my site load faster and 99,99% uptime.

It seems that you can't provide a quality host service with so low prices after all.

Instead of banning accounts to easy your servers, you should probably higher your prices and rent better servers...

The reason I am staying with you is because I had always good cusomer support form you. You even solved some of my wordpress problems. But these constant downtimes are too much. Do something or I am going somewhere else.

Well, I read somewhere that with shared hosting your share the costs but also the load on the server. If one person out of ten takes up 50% of the server with hosting alot of videos, I can sort of see why this is happening. It is a good thing they are doing this otherwise the 'good' people cannot use the server anymore.

If this is a fix for the downtimes, then I am happy. If downtimes are still regular... I'll probably transfer

Update: servers are online and the network is fine now. I read lots of people are suggesting me to increase the shared hosting prices and to buy better servers, just want to mention one thing, we are not using crap hardware for shared hosting or for vps hosting. but even if you are using the best hardware some time you can get some problem because what ever is its cost it is machine, I understand all the problem you guys face during this downtime.
The issue was because of the network. and it is generated because lots of users are paying just 1.5$ and sorry to say they are really fucking the servers. we clearly mention in our Terms Of Service that you are not allowed to host audio/video files or you can not use the hosting as a storage, during last 48 hours I personally removed one account from shared hosting who was hosting mp3 songs and porn video clips ( files) the consuming around 50GB of diskspace now my point is use more then 50GB I am ok with it but when you host files for like download mirror it will literally fuck the server so yes I will suspend all these bad users with No refund and no Backup If I am good with my clients you should also be good with us.

How ever the network issue is fixed I hope there will be no more Downtime

Well I hope you are only doing the real bad people hosting on your service and not the people that are doing legit things and use alot of space .

well I am not familiar with how to optimize wordpress but one of my staff member knows it very well I suggest you to open a support ticket with title ( optimization of wordpress) and I will ask that guy to brief you on how to optimize your wordpress/blogs or whatever. there are some plugins which sometime needs to be added or to be removed. its better that you open a support ticket and mention your site in the ticket
