make dispute on paypal, best option to get money back...

I feel ridiculous that I tell this the 3rd time, but OP hasn't reply yet. He replied me before, but when I sent him the YouTube Links and the Transfer Number I got no reply. Its been about 10 days now.

Got the half of the views, then nothing happened... views didn't increase at all the next 5-6 days and then my videos got deleted.

I payed for 50k views and I got 25k. Where is the other half? After I sent you the links of the videos, the videos got deleted!
So, give me the rest views (25k) or refund the money for the 25k views!

How much cost HR views? Per 1000 HR Views? I want to buy 1000 HR views but i don't know where but i'm looking for cheapest views.

LOL the reason they are not doing any views is because youtube has upgraded their view system so bots don't work anymore so that just proves that their views are not real and are easy to spot by youtube if i was you guys i would just find another view supplier
