just a clarification on your guarantee. does ANY serp rise mean no refund. I mean if a site goes from 75th to 69th, its not like that is going to make any difference. do you have a reasonable increase in position attached to your guarantee?

Logically you are right ie If u move to 121 from 122 then u can not ask for a refund. Actually it is hard to define "a reasonable movement" and that is why i have to stick with that line. Do not let that line stop you from ordering. There are 50s of reviews and they easily tell what we are.

I placed the order almost a month back and wanted to wait before posting my review.

Customer Service - 3/5
- The customer service isn't the best, has a lot of improvement scope.

Network - 4/5
-I got a very good result from their network, one of my keyword got a nice serp improvement and I'm very happy about that.

Final Report - 3/5
My PR distribution for the order wasn't good, I wasn't happy but the support gave me few extra links just to make up for that.

Overall, I would rate them 3.5/5 and would be happy to recommend them.

I have place order but:

U gave 2 urls And 3 keywords And u ordered 15 posts. U even asked for "50% links with generic anchors" IE u got
less than 2 links per keyword_url combination. How can i be responsible for rank loss? 15 posts can not do much bad. THere could be many factors behind rank drop for a website. I sent you a refund. Dont know what better i could do.
