I have lost traffic :sad: have no idea why.how I recover it

First step is to go to Google webmaster tools and see what messages you got. There are too kind of penalties, for incoming and outgoing links. If you got both get rid of bad (an I mean really bad links that point to your site) links and make all your outgoing links no-follow. If your link profile is made of only crapy links,forget about it and start a new site
Wait 4-6 weeks and see what they're going to tell you.

Check your back link profile and clean it up. then check google webmaster tools.

Try to manage your SEO better in the future. Remember that more links is not always better. Now, it is all about the authority of the links and what-not. Read up on Web 2.0 building for your first tier links, then tier 2/3 you can go crazy (relatively).

With the overwhelming information you have provided I have strategically calculated that the new backlinks you bought
were harmful and I would start thinking about using the disavow tool.

Its time to use the disallow tool and wait till its processed.
