YouTube has tons and tons of pages, and MVB pro manages to get through most of them, but depending on the account, the pages differ.
Please open a ticket at http://blastersuite.com/support , give me 4-5 accounts that have issues so I can do tests.

I did not delete your ticket. We are in the process of moving to a new sever, and the databases can get out of sync.
Please wait about 10-15 hours until everything gets refreshed.
For your issue, please try running MVB pro as admin (right click-> run as admin)

where to find the training videos?

Click on Help in the software and there you will find the training videos.

It upload only to YouTube, but you can download from vimeo/youtube

Hi Vlad! I have bought the software and it is really useful but I got one problem: I downloaded the Mass Video Downloader on the thank you page and installed it but when I try to run it it opens up and after typing in the information needed, it says that I typed in invalid information although I just typed in the same thing as when I ran MVB Pro and it worked there. Do I need a different code for MVD, and if so, where to get that? Thank you in advance!
