We issue a refund if you ask in under 15 days AND ONLY IF the software is not working on your PC and we can't make it work via support system or skype.
So we do not have a "no questions asked money back".

I am sorry but no. You can minimize and keep it in taskbar, but not in system tray.

If you provide gmail accounts (or non YT accounts) it should create the YT channel/account automatically.

My account supplier does a great job, but when I log into the accounts for the first time I ALWAYS have to enter in the recovery email account before it will log me in. Will this do that automatically for me, or will I need to login to each account manually first?

When you add an account one of the fields is for the recovery email.

If you open the software, in the top left you see a button called "Help" . Click on help and you will find the training videos.
