Looking to get my brand new domain ranked on Alexa urgently. Do you know how long it can take? I am dispatching a social media campaign of 13 million active niche targeted customers to be marketed to over the next 2 months, my link is only shown to about half of those users however.

You can get in the 2 million range in about 10 days. The bots don't seem to work as well anymore and not sure rankleap does either. You will need between 500-1000 visitors a day that have the alexa toolbar installed in their browser and you will want visitors from the country you want to rank highest from (still counts towards worldwide rank). If you suddenly stop your rank will drop back down so keep it going for at least 60 days for a new site if you can.

Install the Alexa toolbar on either your firefox or chrome browser and do one search each day from your machine for your website.

I have ranked 20 sites on Alexa starting with no rank and getting them to between 1-2 million Alexa rank using this method in the last two weeks.

I am just sharing my experience. Bots don't seem to work anymore and neither does HitLeap after the Alexa algo update a few weeks ago. What I outlined is working for me after the algo changes.

The more the better. I don't know the exact traffic required, you could start with say 10,000 and see the drop in rank and continue accordingly.

yes we have a huge influx of social media traffic starting today but it is important to have the domain ranked before hand as well as other new domains i have purchased.
