VPN or Proxy For Adwords

Hi guys looking to obtain a US or Australian based VPN or Proxy to create a brand new Adwords Account.

Any recommendations?

I have used VPN and it works, just have to stray away from the main stream VPN.
IN regards to dedicated proxies I've never tried this, any you would recommend?
