Kinda like the old Craigslist hook, buying time until enough Skypes are gathered but I'm sure this group here would be too sharp for these to be of any use to the OP, but also wouldn't have thought so many would have replied to what could easily just be a method to harvest Skype contacts of course not saying this is the case here.
