Paypal pending balance

Hey,
it seems that Paypal hates me for some reason, he keeps holding my money for 30 days in every single payment i do get, now i'm about to get a payment which i really need, but i'm really afraid that it will happen again and wait another one month for it (BTW those payment is not from selling goods, but it's from working with PPI network)

It may depend upon your country of origin. Why not speak to them and see what they recommend? There are always alternatives to it, so do your own assessments.

Contact the PPI network? Might be some sketchy stuff going on from them when they transfer from their account, PayPal holds it to verify it or to ensure the person sending it has enough funds. They might be paying out to too many people or something like this.

Get them to send you a check instead.

my account is verified, and i asked them but didn't get a clear answer, they said that they have to hold it in case the buyer ask for a refund

it did happen with some different networks, so i don't think that's the problem
